Norton Reinstallation:

In order to reinstall Norton security product, first reset the antivirus program and download the product again by your Norton account. Afterwards, if you want to uninstall and reinstall your Norton security product, click on remove and reinstall option.

Do it several times and make sure that the windows version that you are using is compatible with the antivirus product.
